Holding international patents in industrial digitalization and recognized for outstanding innovation, Victor has built global competence centers, defined operating models implemented at scale, and led cross-functional teams with a strong focus on data-driven solutions and value creation.

He also contributes at the ecosystem level, serving on strategic advisory boards including the Siemens Xcelerator Advisory Council and the CIONET Industry X Advisory Board, collaborating with leaders to shape digital strategies and industrial platforms.

Zakaria SANKARA is a graduate of Arts and Crafts in Electromechanical Engineering and Industrial Management, specialized in Digitalization and Industry 4.0. Zakaria has expertise in IoT/IIoT, automation, data analytics, robotics, and cloud-edge integration, with a focus on enabling connected, intelligent, and sustainable factories. Currently working as Asset Digitalization Engineer and Digital Transformation Specialist at JESA Group (JV between OCP Group and Worley), where he drives the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies to modernize industrial assets, optimize operations, and accelerate digital adoption across large-scale industrial projects.

At JESA, Zakaria plays a pivotal role in bridging operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT), ensuring digital strategies are embedded into core operations. His work supports organizations in achieving greater efficiency, resilience, and sustainability while aligning with long-term transformation goals.

His emerging leadership has started to gain international visibility, including invitations to contribute at major industry events such as IoT Marketing’s summits, where he has engaged executives on the future of connected industries, resilience, and competitiveness in the digital age. He is also a member of the 451 Alliance, a global community of technology professionals shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
